Nancy Loveland O.D.
Dr. Nancy Loveland is a Connecticut native and has been a Cromwell resident for over 20 years. She completed her undergraduate studies at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. At Quinnipiac University she was inducted into the Tri- Beta Biological Honor Society. After completion of her undergraduate degree, Dr. Nancy Loveland received her Doctorate in Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA in 1990.
She received additional Certifications for use of diagnostic and therapeutic pharmacologic agents from the New England College of Optometry and an Advanced Optometric Care Certification to practice full scope optometry, including the treatment of glaucoma, from the State University of New York College of Optometry.
Dr. Nancy Loveland gained clinical optometric experience in several Neighborhood Health Centers in the Boston area and the Newington Veteran’s Hospital. She has enjoyed serving the community in her practice in Cromwell since 1997.
Dr. Loveland’s professional organization memberships include the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Connecticut Association of Optometrists (CAO). Community activities include membership in the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce, the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) and many local charities and fundraisers.
She has enjoyed her patients of all ages for over 25 years and Dr. Nancy Loveland believes in the importance of providing eye care using the latest advances in technology in a comfortable and friendly environment.
